When I moved to Dubai in 2021, it didn’t take long for friends and family to start visiting. I loved welcoming them and showing them the side of Dubai that I’d come to know… the one that’s not all brunches and skyscrapers, but full of charm, warmth, and personality.
In doing so, I saw an opportunity to do more than just suggest places to visit. I realised there was a need for a service that truly listened to what people wanted from their holiday and brought it to life in a way that felt thoughtful and intentional. And that’s how The Holiday Mode was born.
My promise to you is to ensure you experience VIP treatment throughout your stay. To help you make the most of your time during your trip to Dubai and to focus on creating the kind of moments that will stay with you long after the holiday is over.

How does it work and how can you help me?
At The Holiday Mode, we curate bespoke Dubai itineraries that fit your preferences, so you can focus on making the memories. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Tell us what you want: Fill out our quick online form with the details of your trip.
Step 2: Book a discovery call: Pay a AED 100 non-refundable deposit to secure a quick call where we’ll chat through the service and what you’re looking for. This helps you decide if we’re the right fit before committing to the full service.
Step 3: Personalise your itinerary: If you choose to go ahead, we’ll arrange a more in-depth consultation call to discuss your stay once the first draft of your itinerary is complete.
Step 4: Review & refine: If there’s anything you’d like to tweak, we’ll adjust it to make sure it’s exactly what you want.
Step 5: Bookings & reservations handled for you: Once your itinerary is finalised, we’ll total up any activities or reservations which require a deposit or pre-payment. You’ll send us the required amount, and then we’ll take care of all the bookings on your behalf.
Step 6: Your holiday, ready to go: Before you arrive, you’ll receive all your confirmations and your final itinerary. We’ll also be in touch throughout your trip. Plus, as a little extra… your welcome gift box will be delivered to you when you arrive in Dubai
Can you accommodate special requests or specific needs?
Yes, absolutely. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll do our best to cater for them as part of your stay.
Do you offer last-minute bookings?
No, we don’t usually offer last-minute bookings. We require bookings to be made at two weeks in advance to ensure your holiday is curated to the highest standard.
