Why do I need to pay for the Discovery Call?
The AED 100 fee secures your initial Discovery Call consultation, a personalised introduction to understand your trip and priorities before planning begins.
When you proceed to the full The Holiday Mode service, this amount is deducted from your total fee.
How much does the service cost?
Service fees start from AED 3000 and vary depending on the scope of your trip and level of planning required.
All bookings, experiences, and reservations are quoted separately and arranged to suit your personal experience.
What's included in the service fee?
The fee covers the full in-depth planning and management of your stay, from discovery & consultation calls to final confirmations and direct assistance.
It includes expert experience design, consultations, reservations made on your behalf, and in-trip planner access.
When should I get in touch?
As soon as possible! The earlier the better. At the bare minimum, we require two weeks’ notice, but recommend booking well in advance.
This allows us to secure the best availability and ensure every detail of your stay is handled seamlessly.
Will I be able to make changes?
Yes, you’ll have a chance to review and refine your proposed experience before anything is confirmed.
Please note: last-minute changes, including those during your stay, may incur late cancellation or amendment fees, depending on the supplier.
Do you offer support while I'm in Dubai?
Yes, your planner remains contactable, if needed, throughout your stay for light-touch assistance during stipulated working hours.

* AED 100 deposit is required to secure your booking for your Discovery Call. This deposit will be deducted from the final The Holiday Mode service fee amount. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed.
