Dubai Beach Clubs: Sun, Sand & Sophistication
October in Dubai means it’s finally time to get outside and enjoy the weather without melting. For those who love a bit of sun by the water, beach clubs are where you’ll find your balance of relaxation and fun.
If you’re not familiar with the beach club scene here in Dubai, don’t worry. I’ve rounded up some beach and pool clubs that keep things laid-back, without the usual tourist crowd.
Fun Fact: You won’t need to pack a towel for any of these top beach spots… they’ll all provide one for you.

One of the newer spots on Palm West Beach, The 305 has an offer right now for AED 495 (£100) that includes pool and beach access, a bottle of rosé, their OG pizza, and a Stanley Thirstquencher cup you can take home. It’s got a casual vibe, making it an easy choice for a low-key beach day.

J1 Beach: A Touch of the Riviera in Dubai
Now, for the brand-new addition to Dubai’s beach club scene… J1 Beach. Located in Jumeirah 1, this new opulent destination is bringing the spirit of the French Riviera to Dubai. J1 Beach is around 20 minutes by car from popular areas like Palm Jumeirah and JBR, making it easily accessible for the day all while offering hot, ultra-luxurious beach experiences to explore.
Leading the Way in J1…
Gigi Rigolatto
With its Italian inspiration, Gigi Rigolatto was the first to open its doors earlier this week. This chic venue offers a relaxed coastal vibe with beachfront access, a pool, and Tuscan-inspired dishes. It’s top of my list to visit sooner rather than later!
The Dubai beach club scene is really just getting started…
From laid-back vibes at The 305 to the chic, Riviera-inspired J1 Beach, Dubai’s beach club scene has something for everyone. Whether you’re into sipping rosé by the pool or indulging in Michelin-worthy dining, there’s no better time to soak up the sun.
It’s an exciting time to visit Dubai, that’s for sure. While Dubai might not yet have the number of beach clubs that Ibiza or St Tropez is known for, it’s certainly catching up. It won’t be long until Dubai rivals some of the world’s top beach club scenes.
So, grab your towel (or don’t, they’ve got you covered), claim a sun bed, and let Dubai do what it does best… luxury with a side of sun and sophistication.
You make the memories.
